Cars- Being run down	Medium	By taking care to be full aware of our surroundings, taking note of any oncoming vehicle, alerting the rest of the group when one comes along
Muddy floor – Slipping	High	By being fully aware of the conditions of the re, and being sure everyone wears suitable shoes to minimize lack of grip
Icy surfaces – Slipping	Medium	Similar to the muddy conditions, make sure all members on set are wearing appropriate footwear to give more grip

Pre-production Planning - Communication

Communication

As we are working in a group, communication is a very important factor to contribute to having a successful outcome for our film. The main way in which we have decided to communicate in is by group chat on imessage. We believe that this would be the most successful method of communicating, as when a message is sent, it immediately comes up on the receivers phone just like a text message. This is very important as if there is some type of problem when it comes to filming, such as one actor being stuck in traffic, we can all be notified immediately, instead of not knowing what is going on. Also this means that unlike communicating on Facebook, we don’t have to worry bout logging in or out or getting Internet connection, we can simply group text.
